Customer Service Agent
Description

Customer service is our main priority. Our customer service team (CST) provides clients with professional, friendly service while processing orders - either over the phone, at our order desk or electronically. From fielding questions about the best type of landscape edging to walking customers through using our rental equipment, our CST is our front line and the reason our customers leave happy.

Responsibilities
  • Process orders at the customer service desk Monday to Friday
  • Answer calls and emails with product pricing and info
  • Restock customer service area
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of customer service area
  • Assist shipper/receivers to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in either landscape design/construction or heavy construction, with knowledge of products used and their applications in these industries
  • Oral & written fluency in English; French considered an asset
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school education diploma or higher
  • Competence in both imperial and metric units of measurement
