Having worked in the business since 1984 Kelly has worn many hats over the years. She followed in her father's footsteps - large as they were - into the role of president in 2011. She is actively involved with the company's business development and oversees all areas of the family business.
Manager of Finance & Administration
Also one of Peter's daughters, Sue joined the family business in 2008 bringing 20 years of business management experience with her. Sue provides our team and clients alike with timely, accurate financial information. Her unflappable, unwavering willingness to help - no matter how large or small the issue - are only two of countless reasons why she has become an integral member of the GeoSolution Team.
Manager of Operations & Technical Sales
With 30+ years in supply management and 25+ of those spent at Geosynthetic Systems, Jim is the Team’s product & source-to-site expert. His expertise in geosynthetic product applications has earned him a loyal clientele among heavy construction contractors and landscapers alike.
Manager of Inventory and Logistics
Pete served our country for 26 years as an Army Combat Engineer. He brought along his devotion to precision and order to his second career when he joined the Geosynthetic Systems team in 2001, tirelessly and expertly marshaling shipments and deliveries to and from our busy supply yard with maximum efficiency, helping our clients keep their projects on track.
Business Development Manager
Connor is Peter's first grandchild and the first of third generation currently working at Geosynthetic Systems. Having joined the family business in 2009 in customer service, Connor’s skillset has led him to his current role in business development, where he uses his talents to identify new products and markets while building solid relationships with both clients and suppliers.
Bilingual Customer Service Agent
A bilingual certified Erosion & Sediment Control Practitioner, Justin is the right hand we didn’t even know we were missing until he landed at our company in 2012. With skills ranging from his understanding of erosion and sediment control challenges typical to our region, to his quick and efficient customer service in both official languages, Justin has become an essential team member and a reliable source of assistance to our clients.
Kaleigh came on board in 2014 and earned her Business Administration diploma from Algonquin College while working in the family business. One of Peter's many granddaughters, Kaleigh's role is as multi-faceted as her skill set and is evolving along with the business. From assisting customers with account inquiries to volunteering with industry organizations, Kaleigh is dedicated to providing fast, courteous service wherever it's needed.
Another of the third generation Mulrooney family working in the business, Oscar joined the team in 2016 and is responsible for efficient unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments, unpacking and verifying items, handling customer pick-ups and keeping our yard storage areas clean and organized. In our fast-paced yard Oscar always manages to greet our customers with a friendly smile and an eagerness to help.
Rolly is more than just a driver. He’s the guy our customers meet when they order product to be delivered to their jobsites. Our team relies on Rolly’s safe, efficient driving skills and knowledge of the city, and our customers have come to appreciate his cheerful, friendly addition to their day.
Esteban arrived through a temp agency as a forklift operator in the middle of Covid 2020. In spite of the challenges caused by the pandemic, Esteban quickly became an essential part of our team and proves daily how valuable his skillset is. He finds ways every day to improve our operations and applies his innovative thinking to every part of his day. Now we just get out of his way.
